Qualifying an account and/or contact without creating an opportunity is important to our business. Especially for trade show leads where there might not be an opportunity but we still want to capture their information. The previous system allowed us to do this but the new system doesn't seem to have this option. Maybe we're missing something. If this still exists what would be the process, other than putting the information in manually?
