I have Configured Connected Field Service app and enabled the Azure Iot solution in Azure integrated with Dynamics 365 Field service.
Now playing around the Simulator device to track the "Alerts" in CRM and I have register CRM device and can see my device. Also i can see alerts in CRM in "IOT Alert" entity.
Default alert rule is set on Temperature greater than 70 F. I have requirement to change the rule to 80 and automate the work order creation.
Anybody has idea where to configure/modify the alert rules?
